And what’s more, many of them actually pay really well, and don’t require much work.
Here are the top five strangest jobs, and the salaries you can earn from them.
Paper towel sniffer
Paper towel sniffers smell scented paper products to ensure their fragrances actually work.
From scented toilet paper to napkins and tissues with fragrances, there’s always something new that needs testing.
Requirements for the job include a good sense of smell and attention to detail, and according to Career Addict, you could earn up to £38,000 for this role.
Professional queuer
Standing in line for a restaurant or nightclub can be incredibly boring, so those with the cash just pay someone else to do it.
One man revealed he makes £24 an hour from standing in queues, and has quit his full time job to purse queuing full time.

“I do this all week now”, he told The i Paper.
“I get asked to wait in line at restaurants, or for concert tickets or the Post Office; anything, really.
“I do various errands and make a decent living out of it.”
Professional cuddler
Cuddling helps to relieve stress, anxiety and loneliness, and many people who sadly don’t have anyone in their life to cuddle, pay professionals to cuddle them.
Being a cuddle therapist requires empathy, trust and good communication skills, and can have a very high salary.
Anikó Rose, 42, revealed she charges £70 an hour for cuddle therapy, and has so far made £50,000.
Pet food taster
Although it’s not intended for human consumption, pet food is actually tested by people to ensure that it tastes good.

The positions often pay an entry-level salary of around £20,000, but if you have a taste for what dogs enjoy, you could earn up to £50,000.
