A BBC Breakfast host has revealed she’ll be replacing regular anchor Naga Munchetty for the second week running.
The popular presenter, who returned to the red sofa last week, told viewers she would be resuming her role – after it was revealed Naga would face an investigation over her “hard” behaviour.

Emma Vardy was fronting the series alongside Ben Boulos on Sunday[/caption]
Yet she has told how she will be setting a 4am alarm to return to the red sofa tomorrow[/caption]
Emma Vardy previously admitted she would be with her BBC Breakfast colleagues for “a while” on her return on September 2.
Now she has told how, despite fronting Sunday’s episode with Ben Boulos, she will again be back on-screen tomorrow, Monday.
She wrapped the final weekend episode of the BBC news show and said: “That’s all from us today but Breakfast will be back tomorrow from 6am.
“I will be there too, setting my early alarm clock for 4am.”
Ben then smiled and added: “Enjoy the rest of your Sunday, have a great day. Goodbye.”
Fans were quick to comment on the shake-up, with one who wrote on X: “Emma Vardy is great.”
A second put: “Nice change Emma Vardy and business school Ben this morning.”
A third then quizzed: “Has Emma Vardy replaced Northern Nina on Breakfast?”
Earlier this year, Emma stepped in to cover part of Nina Warhurst‘s maternity leave on BBC Breakfast, before heading off to Hollywood to become the BBC’s LA Correspondent.
Back in May, she revealed her first stint as an anchor on BBC rolling news.
And this month Emma, who is married to football coach Aaron Adams, told how she would be on-screen more.
In a post uploaded to her page on X on September 2 she wrote: “Goooood morning!!
“I’m back with the @BBCBreakfast gang for a while.

SHOW SCANDAL
Previously, we put the spotlight on the BBC Breakfast feuds ripping the daily show apart – including Naga’s meltdown on how her Marmite was spread.
We also exclusively reported how Charlie, 63, is joining Naga “under review” after a string of complaints.
The process will decide if the pair will face a formal investigation.
Previously, it was reported how under-fire BBC presenter Naga has a reputation for going “ballistic” at junior staff.
They also revealed that she humiliated an intern who didn’t make her porridge perfectly.
An insider told the Mail: “She has a reputation for going at young members of staff and making them out to be fools.
“She would kick off about the smallest of issues, including one time she went ballistic over her breakfast not being prepared exactly how she likes it by an intern.”
Naga then refused to eat porridge delivered to her by an intern during an ad break as it was too hot for her to eat in the time she had.
“The guy walked off the set utterly humiliated and went back to chuck it away before trying again in time for the next ad break, it was pretty brutal to watch,” the insider added.
A BBC spokesperson said: “While we do not comment on individual cases, we take all complaints about conduct at work extremely seriously and will not tolerate behaviour that is not in line with our values.
“We have robust processes in place and would encourage any staff with concerns to raise them directly with us so they can be addressed.”
