EX-ENGLAND footie star Andy Carroll has defied his manager’s warnings over his recent romance drama — and headed off for another holiday.
Injured Carroll is in Ibiza with girlfriend Lou Teasdale trying to repair their troubled relationship.

But it comes just weeks after Carroll, 36, was hauled in for a dressing-down by Dagenham & Redbridge boss Lee Bradbury.
A source told The Sun: “Andy’s relationship with Lou attracts a lot of unwanted attention.
“He was pulled in by the boss and warned to rein it in.
“But Andy’s blinded by Lou. His telling-off fell on deaf ears.”
The former Liverpool and Newcastle striker signed for non-league Dagenham & Redbridge FC this summer.
He got injured in training and is out until next month.
But instead of staying in East London to focus on his recovery, he whisked influencer Lou to Ibiza.
Earlier this month The Sun on Sunday reported they were back together after a stormy split — with Andy vowing to cut down on booze to save their romance.
Our source said: “Andy should be focused on his recovery, but he’ll do anything to make Lou happy.
“It doesn’t look good — especially after the telling-off he got but he regrets their split and she wants him to prove he’s willing to do anything to please her.
“She loves going on holidays so even though he’s expected to still be at training, he flew out to Ibiza.
“He knows his decision to go abroad while injured will cause trouble but he’s blindsided by Lou. Whatever she says goes.”
