Boy, 13, arrested after Logan Carter, 12, fatally fell from playground roundabout ‘propelled by an e-bike’

A TEENAGE boy has been arrested following the death of a 12-year-old who died after falling from a playground roundabout.

Youngster Logan Carter suffered fatal injuries when he was flung off the play equipment in Winsford, Cheshire, on Friday.

Logan’s family have paid tribute to their ‘little boy who was so full of life and wanted to make everyone laugh’

Emergency crews were scrambled to the Wharton Recreation Ground at 6pm after Logan was injured.

Sadly, the Liverpool fan – nicknamed Bear by his family – was pronounced dead at the scene.

Logan’s family have since now released a heartbroken tribute to their son.

It read: “Logan was a much-loved son, brother, grandson, great grandson, cousin and friend to many.

“He had an infectious personality and a beautiful smile. He made every day worth living.

“Everyone wanted to be where Logan was. He was a little boy who was so full of life and wanted to make everyone laugh.

Logan was everyone’s therapy person, their calm and he will be missed more than we can ever put into words.

“We are taking comfort from the words of support we have received whilst we come to terms with the untimely loss of our blue eyed boy.”
