Shocked eye witnesses said the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon left the road and careered onto the pavement at around 11.15am on Sunday morning.
It crashed into the three young women and knocked down a lamppost on Carrer des Molí – opposite Playa des Pouet.
The motor came to a standstill on the pavement just a few feet away from a pedestrian crossing.
Dramatic pictures show crowds of people on the scene, with the women lying on the ground and being treated by medics.
Shortly after, several local police patrols and three ambulances arrived, treating the women before transporting them to a medical centre.
According to eyewitnesses, two of the girls appeared to be in serious condition, while a third had foot injuries.
The Brit was rushed to the Can Misses Hospital Emergency Department.
She is said to be in a stable condition and is conscious.
The other two young women were transferred to the Nuestra Señora del Rosario Polyclinic.
The driver was revealed to be a young man, around 30 years old, according to witnesses.
Officers have closed traffic on the street and are interviewing numerous witnesses to clarify the details of the accident.
It comes just days after two Brit holidaymakers were also rushed to intensive care after being run over in Ibiza.
The two women, aged 26 and 27, suffered traumatic brain injuries and broken bones in the horror incident.
