A HEALTH and beauty retailer with 149 stores across the UK is facing administration, putting 1,500 jobs at risk.
Bodycare is expected to appoint administrators from Interpath Advisory as soon as Friday, according to Sky News.

Once profitable, Bodycare – known for selling big brands like L’Oreal and Nivea – has faced financial difficulties since the pandemic.
Founded over 50 years ago on a Lancashire market stall, the retailer has been working with advisory firm Interpath and its owners, Baaj Capital, for months to secure a rescue deal.
The chain’s insolvency is expected to prompt Interpath to intensify efforts to sell parts of the business to potential buyers.
