FRANKIE Bridge has candidly revealed a full list of the tweakments and treatments she’s opted for in a brutally honest post.
The Saturdays hitmaker took to her Instagram page to address the work she’s had done on her face and skin – as her feud with Myleene Klass rumbles on after a row over the Hear’Say singer’s “cheating” ex.

We reported how ITV has stepped in to manage strained relations between Frankie, her bandmate Rochelle Humes, and Myleene, 47.
Frankie, 36, who recently brushed off the drama with a glam bikini snap, has now taken to social media to give an insight into her changing look.
In a question and answer session with fans, one asked: “What tweakments do you get? I’m 36 and you look amazing!! Share the secrets.”
Mum of two Frankie posted a lengthy reply where she started by sharing her emotions, and said: “Thank you.
“I always feel like this is a hard question to answer because you get judged for sharing and judged for not being honest. Ha!
“I get Botox and in the process of Polynucleotides for under eyes.
“I tried under eye filler 100 years ago and didn’t like it” before admitting she almost passed out three times due to the pain.
Ego songstress Frankie added: “I have a little filler in my lips but started all over again last year.
“Had it all dissolved and now only have a little.
“I’ve had lip flip a few times,” where Botox releases the upper lip prompting it to flip up.
The girlband star then mused: “Sometimes I like it, sometimes I promise never again!
“I’m really bad at being consistent with my appointments.
‘I’m on my last round of Aviclear and I have to say I’m really starting to see the benefits.
“Barely any spots.”
Myleene’s shock feud explained
Myleene Klass has found herself embroiled in a bitter feud.
It all kicked off when she made shock claims about her ex-husband Graham Quinn.
The former Hear’say star claimed that she walked in on her ex and a famous woman in the industry “unzipping” each other’s clothes.
Myleene said the heartbreaking moment happened in her home at her own birthday party.
Speaking on We Need To Talk podcast, Myleene said: “It was in my house, it was my party.
“They weren’t having sex but they were unzipping each other. ‘It’s not what you think,’ but it is what I think. It’s the first thing they both said.
“I kicked everybody out of the party including his mum and dad.”
Graham is yet to respond publicly to the accusations.
However, it has ignited a feud with fellow noughties popstars, Rochelle Humes and Frankie Bridge.
The two Saturdays stars are both former clients of Graham, and have remained friends with him.
Friends told The Sun that Myleene’s claims about Graham have caused tension between her, Rochelle and Frankie.
Shortly after she dropped the cheating bombshell, Frankie then posted a cryptic video, which said that somebody was “dead to me”.
Rochelle then shared a cosy snap with Graham, along with husband Marvin Humes.
In a further twist, sources claim that Rochelle gave Myleene’s ex a place to stay when she dumped him.
She added: “My biggest tip would be to look after your skin.
“I never used to and I’d say that’s the biggest change I’ve made.”
FEUD LOWDOWN
Previously, The Sun revealed friction behind-the-scenes with her The Saturdays co-star Rochelle – before Frankie posted a cryptic “you’re dead to me” upload.
Rochelle – who was in The Saturdays band with Frankie since 2007 – uploaded an equally thought-provoking message about “choosing partners wisely.”
Yet the pair appear to have mended their feud with each other – but not with Hear’Say singer Myleene.
We told how Rochelle, 36, had hit the like button on an Instagram upload showing Loose Women panelist Frankie stripping to a patterned bikini.
Rochelle’s like, at the time, was a surprise move amid their feud – as they rarely publicly support each others’ posts.
The All Fired Up singers haven’t liked each others’ uploads in years, and, until last week, there had been no likes or comment exchanges between the pair since 2013.
TOUGH TIMES
The Up singers’ difficult relations with Myleene came to light – after a row over the Hear’Say singer’s “cheating” ex Graham Quinn.
Recently, The Sun reported how ITV has stepped into manage relations between Frankie, Rochelle, and Myleene.
All three former pop stars now work as Daytime presenters at ITV.
They were all once close, with Loose Women hosts Myleene and Frankie attending Rochelle’s hen do back in 2012.
However, Rochelle and Frankie remained friends with their former bodyguard and Myleene’s ex husband.
Rochelle even posted snaps with Graham in Ibiza earlier this month.
In 2013, soon after Myleene’s divorce from Graham, guests at the Glamour Women of the Year awards saw her storm over to Frankie after believing she had been blanked.
A source previously said: “Myleene seemed to take that as Frankie taking sides with Graham because of their working relationship.”
Meanwhile, Frankie and Myleene have not appeared on Loose Women together since an “awkward” episode last December.
Sources said that though they’d rather not be on together, they are professionals and do their best to make things work.
Tensions between the trio could well have heightened after Graham hit back at Myleene last weekend, blasting allegations of his “cheating.”
