Freddy Brazier, 20, returns to social media after it was revealed that he’s set to become a dad

DAD-to-be Freddy Brazier has spoken out for the first time since it emerged that he is set to become a father.

Freddy, whose mum is the late reality TV star Jade Goody, will be welcoming a baby with his ex-girlfriend.

The former couple are thought to be in talks about how best to co-parent once the baby arrives.

After a break from social media, Freddy has now broken his silence on the delicate situation.

He told fans he was “taking time out to work on a few things”.

Pictured alongside a horse in a field, with the music Dr. Dog’s Where’d All the Time Go?, he updated followers on his next steps.

He wrote: “Taking time out to work on a few things. Podcast will still be released, just ain’t got a date for ya!”

TV presenter dad Jeff Brazier recently shared a picture of himself on his Instagram Stories appearing to address their current situation.

Jeff wrote over the top of it: “If someone could send me that parenting guidebook, particularly ‘early adult years the unconventional path’ that would be helpful thanks.”

Freddy split from his girlfriend Holly Swinburn after a whirlwind romance.

The 20-year-old called it quits after a string of arguments – just weeks after getting a puppy together.

The Race Across The World star was living with Holly and had even gone on holiday with her during their short-lived relationship.

The baby news comes after Freddy confirmed his feud with his dad was over.

It came after Jeff started proceedings to stop Freddy seeing his maternal grandmother Jackiey Budden, 68, which had sparked the fall out.

Freddy had reportedly been living with his grandmother earlier this year, despite his parent taking legal action.

Meanwhile, earlier this week Freddy bravely revealed he’s been “sectioned and to rehab” after suffering a series of “manic episodes.”

He spoke openly about his “tough” journey through his teenage years and into adulthood in a preview of his podcast A Load Of Old Cobblers.

He admitted: “I’ve been smoking since I was 12, I’ve been to rehab, I’ve been sectioned, I’ve had manic episodes, I’ve been sectioned.

“There’s been a real journey and it’s been a tough one.”

Freddy’s baby news would have made Big Brother legend Jade, who died of cervical cancer in 2009, a grandma for the first time.

He was just four, and his EastEnders actor brother Bobby five, when their mother passed away.
