A YOUNG woman has left people open-mouthed with her weight loss transformation.
Celina took to social media to show off her impressive weight loss, which saw her lose a massive 11 stone.
In the clip, Celina shared what she looked like prior to shedding the weight and revealed she was giving herself ‘one last try’ to shift it.
Celina weighed just under 26 stone at the start of her journey, but was able to shift 11 stone, almost half her body weight in a single year.
She then showed off her new, slimmer and more toned physique and Celina looked so much more comfortable in her own skin.
“Can’t believe I lost 70kg tbh, veryyyy proud of myself,” she captioned the post.
Many people took to the comments asking Celina for advice and how she did it.
She revealed that the main thing she focused on was eating within a calorie deficit.
Celina said: “Been getting a lot of DMs asking for tips and tbh all I did was stay in a calorie deficit.
“I started going to the gym a year ago but I don’t have a routine anymore.”
While she doesn’t have a set routine for the gym, she did reveal that she tries to go two to four times a week.
And while Celina did track her calories and made sure she was eating less, she warned against doing a fad diet.
“Don’t restrict yourself! I still had fast food and sweets from time to time,” she added.
She regularly shared videos of what she will typically eat in a day, and while she does have ‘cheat days,’ her diet tends to be consistent.
Celina opts for protein oats topped with fruits and a coffee for breakfast.
Lunch tends to consist of either a large salad or sandwich, while dinner can vary.
Celina’s weight loss journey has gone viral on her TikTok account @ctytyz with over 266k views and 20k likes.
People were quick to congratulate her hard work in the comments.

- Walking
- Running
- Pilates
- High-intensity interval training (HIIT)
- Strength training
