A 54-YEAR-OLD woman who looks decades younger and has never had Botox or filler has shared her free trick to remain wrinkle free.

Juliana regularly leaves people stunned with her fresh-faced appearance, which she achieved and maintains with no surgical intervention.

Instead, she swears by daily facial exercises, and has taken to TikTok to explain how other people can do it too.

“Facial exercises don’t work?” Juliana said.

“Of course they do! Do these three exercises for 21 days and change your face.”

The first one is the brow lift and squint.

“Push your forehead up with your fingers, look up with your eyes and squint the eyes fast for 30 counts,” Juliana explained.

She said that the exercise helps get rid of crows’ feet, the 11 lines – wrinkles between the eyebrows – and bags underneath the eyes.

The second is the cheek lifts.

All you have to do is form an ‘O’ with the lips, curl your lips under and pulse your cheeks up for 30 counts.

This helps the nasolabial folds – the lines that go from the corners of your nose down to your mouth – and the marionette lines, which run from the mouth down to the chin, and lifts cheeks to stop sagging.

The final exercise is what Juliana calls a ‘lip swipe’.


Arguably the easiest of the three, all you need to do for this one is close your lips and move them from side to side for 30 seconds.

You should do 30 of the exercises in one go, and do them three times a day.

“Save this video and come back to it every day for 21 days,” she added.

“And send me a note about how your face has changed! “

“I started doing them in my late 30’s. They work,” one person promised in the comments section.

“I am starting today,” another vowed.
