A MUM-OF-TWO who spent two decades overweight has revealed the simple breakfast she has to stay slim in her 50s.
Petra Genco previously revealed that she struggled with her health after giving birth to her children but finally decided to turn her life upside down.
“I spent 20 years overweight after having my two sons then I hit menopause,” she said.
“I thought I’d never be slim again.”
In another video, she revealed during menopause she was experiencing hot flashes, depression, and low energy.
After she decided to focus on her fitness, things changed for the better:
“I overcame the menopause and so can you!” she said.
Petra, who boasts over 938k followers on her page, has since helped more than 250,000 women lose weight – and she recently shared her go-to brekkie to stay slim.
While we may be used to seeing influencers whip up breakfasts that require a dozen ingredients, this dish calls for just three items – and takes a mere five minutes.
What’s more, not only is it quick and easy, Petra’s first meal of the day is also full of healthy fats and protein – both of which will make you feel fuller for longer.
”One of my favourite breakfasts is scrambled eggs, avocado and cottage cheese. It’s so easy to make and you only need three ingredients!” Petra said in her video.
For this, the mum-of-two used three eggs, half an avocado, as well as a tablespoon of cottage cheese.
Once you’ve heated a small bit of butter, chuck the beaten eggs to the frying pan and add salt and pepper to taste.
Stir the eggs until they’re cooked to your liking and serve with avocado, as well as a generous spoonful of cottage cheese on the side.
If you feel like having something sweet on the side, have some fruit or berries as well – Petra went with strawberries, which are high in antioxidants, vitamin C, and fibre.
Meanwhile, avocados offer a range of health benefits as part of a balanced diet, due to their high content of healthy fats, fibre, vitamins, and minerals like potassium and magnesium.
What food do you need for a healthy diet?

Eggs have long been considered a staple in a healthy diet, as they’re a complete source of protein and may even support heart health.
”This is really easy to make – it takes about five minutes and it’s full of protein, so it will keep you full for a long time, stop me snacking.
”So ladies, ditch those packet cereals and start eating this.”
“With determination and consistency, anyone can do it — I did!” Petra previously encouraged.
After losing the extra pounds, the mom felt her overall health improve greatly: “I lost 30 pounds in less than a year and now feel great!”
