A MOTHER has opened up on her “petty parking war” with her neighbours.
Jodie Munroe, who is from the UK, confirmed that she doesn’t have a driveway, and instead, has residential parking on her road.
For the past two months, Jodie Munroe has found herself in a petty parking war with her neighbours[/caption]
Not only has it turned her into a “peeping Tom,” but it’s meant she’s not been able to park outside her house for eight weeks[/caption]
The blonde beauty confirmed that spaces are not allocated and people are free to park where they like.
However, while Jodie confessed she would “like to claim the spaces” directly outside her house as hers, she knows they are not and that anyone can park there.
But for the past eight weeks, two of Jodie’s neighbours have been hogging the spaces outside her home, which has driven her mad.
Posting on social media, the content creator said: “I’m looking for some petty revenge advice – it is over something extremely petty, but it’s starting to get on my nerves.”
She then explained: “We have two wonderful neighbours that live over the other side to where I live that are constantly parking their cars, plural, outside my house, directly outside.”
Jodie recognised that two of her neighbours both own two cars each and at 6am, they will “switch their cars” so they are outside her property.
The self-proclaimed “peeping Tom” recognised: “I have not been able to park outside my house now for two months – I don’t know what their obsession is with these parking spaces, because they live over the other side.”
Jodie expressed her confusion at the actions of her neighbours and claimed the only justification she could think of is that the parking spaces outside her home are “slightly bigger” than others in the road.
During her short video, Jodie pointed to the car parking spaces outside her property, which her neighbours keep pinching, with a black Ford Fiesta and a white BMW.
She also panned the camera around to show numerous other free spaces in the area.
The mother explained that she has a three-year-old, who she is “struggling to get out of the car in the other spaces.”
As well as this, clearly very irritated, she added: “I know full well I don’t own these spaces, but it’s just annoying me – the audacity to move your car at 6:30am so that your car never, ever moves it’s getting on my f*****g nerves.
“So if you’ve got any petty revenge advice, what can I do? Please let me know – I’m not looking to get arrested, I just wanna do something really f*****g petty so they stop hogging the parking spaces.”
Social media users react
Jodie’s TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @jodiemunroe, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly racked up 33,100 views.
Social media users were stunned by Jodie’s neighbour’s “weird” behaviour and many raced to the comments to share their thoughts.
The fact that they are going to that much effort would annoy the hell out of me

Whilst someone else chimed in: “Breadcrumbs on the roof so birds poo all over them.”
