JESSIE J is making an emotional return to Essex as Radio 2 In The Park heads to Chelmsford.
She postponed her upcoming UK tour until next April after needing a second operation for breast cancer.

But DJ Scott Mills tells me Jessie will be at the event, which runs from tomorrow until Sunday.
Acts at Hylands Park also include Stereophonics, Bryan Adams, Def Leppard, Ronan Keating, Marti Pellow and Belinda Carlisle.
Jessie, who grew up in Chadwell Heath and calls herself an “Essex girl”, has just released new single Believe In Magic.
Scott said: “Jessie was listening to my show, and she was like, ‘Thanks for playing the new song, I’ll see you in Chelmsford’.
“She’s all right and she is feeling really positive.
“She just needs to focus on her health and then feel ready for the tour.
“But it is amazing that she’s going to do Chelmsford.
“It’s a homecoming.
“I’m definitely not missing that.”
Scott will play a DJ set tomorrow alongside my favourite Radio 2 stars including Vernon Kay and Michelle Visage.
But he won’t be partying too hard, despite the temptation of being out with a bunch of his radio mates.
He said: “Unlike the Radio 1 days, I’ll do a mix.
“I think I’ll dip my toe in the water then run back out again and get to bed.
“I’ve got a breakfast show to do now.”

The Troublemaker singer and his wife, fitness influencer Amelia Tank, are celebrating the birth of their second child.
Olly took to Instagram to share the happy news as they left the hospital, which included this sweet snap of them walking out with their little boy.
Olly, who also has a 17-month-old daughter, Madison, wrote: “Walking out as four. Welcome to the world, our little Albert.”
Amelia added: “My heart is SO full right now”.

But US singer John Mayer has now popped up on the dating app – insisting he just wants to find friends.
One of my pals spotted the Your Body Is A Wonderland hitmaker as she was scrolling through potential suitors, with John using selfies and pictures with his mates to sell himself.
John, who once dated Taylor Swift, said earlier this year that he was keen to settle down.
He explained: “I would not date someone if it didn’t have the upward mobility of becoming a marriage.
“Every girlfriend would be a potential wife at this point.”
Given John’s got millions in the bank and is pretty nifty on the guitar, you wouldn’t think he would find it hard to find a missus.
Then again, after Taylor brutally detailed his shortcomings during their relationship in her 2010 track, Dear John, he’s probably had women running to the hills for the past 15 years.

AMELIA DIMOLDENBERG is celebrating the tenth anniversary of her hit Chicken Shop Date YouTube series with a two-day interactive event in London.
For the first time ever, the series can be experienced by fans in real life on September 26 and 27 at Protein Studios in Shoreditch, East London.
Previous guests on the show, who are interviewed in fried chicken restaurants, include Paul Mescal, Billie Eilish, Andrew Garfield, and Bridgerton’s Jonathan Bailey.
As well as a behind-the-scenes exhibition, which will tell all on Amelia’s journey, there will be interactive workshops and panel talks to help fans break into the creative industries.

OFFICIAL Charts has named Calvin Harris‘ track Blessings, featuring Clementine Douglas, as the biggest British song of the summer.
And the DJ and producer has today released Ocean, which was supposed to feature Miley Cyrus but now has Jessie Reyez singing on the track.
Other new tunes to check out are Denali by Portugal. The Man, Agnes’ song Ego and The Strut’s version of their single Could Have Been Me, with Queen’s Sir Brian May.

DESPITE having a legion of fans hanging off his every note, Sam Fender admits he’s too shy to sing in recording studios.
Sam said on the Song Exploder podcast: “I get quite fearful in the studio and booths, like just singing.
“And I only really feel comfortable doing my vocals at home because I feel a lot less stressed.
“You don’t have that feeling . . . ‘Oh my God, we’re against the clock’. So I’ve always done my vocals either in the flat or in our place back home.”
I can’t say I really blame him.

Before hitting the stage at the O2 in Greenwich, the grinning American singer dropped in at Capital radio, wearing jeans, platform boots and a small top that showed off her tummy.
She was spotted in Leicester Square yesterday afternoon with a brolly in hand as she made her way to a waiting car.
Fans last night were speculating whether Saweetie’s new man, Aston Villa footballer Jadon Sancho would be making the trip down to watch her perform.
Jadon last month appeared to confirm they had got serious, after having her middle name, Qiava, tattooed on to his neck.
With a tribute that permanent, I hope this relationship lasts.
