THE drug dealer, known notoriously as the Ketamine Queen, accused of selling a fatal dose to actor Matthew Perry has formally pleaded guilty to federal charges.
Jasveen Sangha, 42, pleaded guilty to five federal charges, including distribution of ketamine that resulted in the death of the beloved Friends actor, 54.
