It comes as Harry has a string of appearances this afternoon and evening in London.
The Duke, who does not know if he will meet his father yet, said earlier this year he was open for ‘reconciliation’.
Harry will appear at The Centre for Injury Studies in west London this afternoon before another event this evening.
The unknown engagement is yet to be formally announced.
Harry has not seen his father since he flew back for 30 minutes at Clarence House last February after the King’s cancer announcement.
He has flown over from the US several times since for court cases and for the funeral of his uncle, Lord Fellowes, in August last year.
But his four-day visit will be his longest trip here since the passing of his grandmother, the late Queen Elizabeth II.
Meanwhile, Prince William will be in Cardiff to mark World Suicide Prevention Day.
He will visit the Jac Lewis Foundation mental health hub, which is backed by the Royal Foundation of the Prince and Princess of Wales.
The brothers attended similar engagements yesterday and were just eight miles apart as they paid tributes to the late Queen on Monday.
Wills spoke with youngsters at Spiral Skills in south London, while “distracting” Harry was in Nottingham to discuss Children in Need.
Weighing in on Harry’s retun to the UK, Royal historian Hugo Vickers branded the Duke a “distraction”.
Mr Vickers told The Sun: “Well, he comes over from time to time to do his charities.
“That I very much commend, because that’s what he was trained to do, and he’s very good at it.
“I think we have seen him doing a little bit more of that recently than in the year gone by – and in a way, that’s to be encouraged.
“The unfortunate thing is, of course, that every time he appears, he attracts a lot of speculation and publicity.
“Will he meet his father? Will he meet his brother? And so, unfortunately, he is always a distraction.
“But let us hope that his visit at least helps the charity that he’s come here to support.”
The Duke joked and laughed with seriously ill children about “siblings” at the WellChild awards on Monday night.
Harry quizzed Declan Bitmead, 17, winner of inspirational young person 15-28 years award, about his family.
When the teen replied he had a brother, Harry asked: “Does he drive you mad?”
When Declan answered “no, we get on fine”, the Duke responded “you know what – siblings”.
Harry and William have barely spoken since Megxit.
The Duke has slated his older sibling in his memoir Spare claiming he was knocked to the ground in a fight.
He went on to dump on his family in a six-part Netflix series and Oprah Winfrey interview.
Harry touched down in the UK on Monday after he was spotted boarding a flight from LAX in California.
But the Duchess of Sussex did not join her husband for the trip.
Instead she stayed in California while she looks after their children Archie, seven, and Lilibet, four.
