Gabby told fans she is celebrating her shape changes and the results of her latest workout plan.

Taking to Instagram, the Love Island winner shared a before and after photo of her bum three years ago compared to now.

She shared her training tips and how she swapped HIIT workouts for strength training.

Gabby wrote in the caption: “Theodore Roosevelt once said, “Nothing in this world is worth having or worth doing unless it means effort, pain, difficulty.”

“I’m convinced he was talking about glute gains — because it takes effort, patience, a whole lot of protein, and more split squats than I’d like to admit 😤🤣

“When I look back at my old training style, I see a girl who was giving her best — HIIT every day, light weights for “toning,” eating what I thought was healthy.

“I was fit, but never truly happy with my physique. I wanted glutes, defined arms, and abs year-round, but something was missing.

“Fast forward three years of focusing on strength training, and everything changed. At first, I was nervous stepping into the “proper gym.”

“Coming from a dance and studio background, the barbell racks felt intimidating. My boyfriend at the time took me in, we trained together, and I slowly built my confidence.

“I fell in love with DOMS (yes, walking like a tin man 🤖), I got over the embarrassment of hip thrust setups, and I realised no one actually cares what you’re lifting — the gym is me time.

“I studied nutrition, learned from others’ journeys, and built habits that aligned with my goals. Has it been perfect? No. Life happens. But I’ve been consistent, and that’s what counts.

“The biggest reward hasn’t just been glute growth or shape changes (although I am buzzing with my extra inches and 160kg hip thrusts 😇). It’s the strength. I’m proud to look and feel strong and capable.

“When people ask if I compete, I take it as a compliment — it means I look like strong and capable. And to the Karen’s who say it’s “too much” “too manly”? Karen, my legs could probably squat more than your husband’s 😏.

“Most importantly, being strong physically has made me strong mentally. And that’s something just doing HIIT sessions ever gave me.

“Rome wasn’t built in a day — neither is your dream physique. But if you stay consistent and focus on what truly empowers you, you’ll get there. 😁

The reality TV star has agreed to take part in the upcoming spin-off series filmed in the US after her split from Casey O’Gorman.

The pair’s whirlwind romance on Love Island: All Stars kept fans hooked earlier this year and they romped to victory in February.

But just three months after their TV success they announced they had split.

A TV source said: “Gabby has been in the mix for Love Island Games for some time, but she wasn’t sure at first if she wanted to do it as her split from Casey was still quite fresh.

“Now, a few months have passed and she feels ready to head back to the villa and give it another whirl.

“Love Island Games is less about finding love and more about having fun, and Gabby feels like she deserves a good time in the sun.

“If she meets the man of her dreams, great, that’s a bonus but it’s not what she is focussing on.

Bosses are hoping the former Islander will bring both drama and determination to the series, with filming due to kick off in the coming weeks.

The source continued: “She is heading out to Fiji any day now as filming starts in a couple of weeks.

“The show starts airing in the US on streaming service Peacock on September 15 and will air on ITV later in the year.”

Bosses in the US have also approached Casey’s team for The Games – which could mean an epic reunion for fans.

The spin-off will follow the format of the original Games, which pitted celebrities against each other in Olympic-style events.

Viewers can expect gruelling training, intense rivalries and, of course, plenty of flirting and coupling up.
