AFTER undergoing a BBL procedure last year, Love Island icon Hannah Elizabeth has once again shown off her cosmetically enhanced body.
The 35-year-old took to her Instagram stories to share two new snaps of herself wearing a green a white bikini.
In one picture, the reality star can be seen posing for a mirror selfie as her tiny waist gave way to her trademark big booty and her large thigh tattoo could be seen too.
In another, Hannah, who was in talks for Celebs Go Dating, is lying down on a sun lounger, as her bronzed body glistens in the sun, with her boobs and curved waist on full display.
Last year, Dr. Omar, a cosmetic surgeon at CREO Clinic, told Hello! that Hannah has splashed out an estimated £32k on procedures.
He said: “I’d estimate around £8000 for a rhinoplasty, £8,000 for other facial surgery, £6,000 for a breast augmentation, and £10,000 for a BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift).
“It’s crucial to note that costs should not be the sole consideration; ensuring the safety and qualifications of the medical professionals and facilities is paramount.”
Mum of one Hannah, who was praised by fans, has always been open about her work and last year filmed a surgeon injecting her bum as she spoke on Instagram.
She said: “I’m not feeling any pain, the area has all been numbed and I’m so excited to show you the result at the end.”
More recently, the Love Island favourite was recently in hospital twice with a mystery condition.
She told her followers: “Now back in A&E this is so bad I can’t cope with this HELL.”
It followed a short stay in hospital where she underwent “last minute surgery”.
She said: “Just wanting to let brands know as I have not been able to work or post or respond to messages.
“Hate to let down but soon as I’m on the mend I can get back to work.”
This isn’t the first time ITV2 star Hannah has shown off the results of her BBL procedure as she posed for a photo in March this year.
In the picture, she’s seen wearing her hair in curls as her face is hidden behind her phone screen but her tanned body was on display.
Fans showered her with compliments, with one writing: “Fine work of art.”
Another said: “U so gorgeous.”
A third wrote: “Hot and stunning.”
Hannah shot to fame on the first series of Love Island in 2015, making it to the final with ex-boyfriend Jon Clark.
She returned to the show in 2024 for the first series of All Stars but struggled to find a romantic connection the second time around and was dumped from the villa on day 16.
What are Brazilian Butt Lifts and why are they so popular?
Buttock enlargement surgery – known as a Brazilian butt-lift (BBL) – is used to make the bum look bigger, rounded and lifted.
Surgeons transfer fat, inject filler or insert silicone-filled implants.
It is the fastest growing cosmetic procedure but also one of the most dangerous, according to the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS).
Many patients are travelling to the likes of Turkey or seeking out unregistered surgeons in the UK and are not given full information on the risks.
BBLs carry the highest risk of all cosmetic surgeries – with more than one death occurring per 4,000 procedures.
Due to celebrities undergoing such ops, many women are hoping to emulate their looks.
Consultant clinical psychologist Dr Anu Sayal-Bennett, a chartered member of the British Psychological Society, told the BBC: “Despite there being so much about body positivity, there are pressures for women – and men too – to look a certain way.”
Many people travel abroad for the procedure because it is cheaper and advertising is “terribly seductive”, combined with the idea of a beach holiday, added Dr Sayal-Bennett.
