Alohas, a Barcelona-based label, is known for its environmentally conscious on-demand production model.
The new shop will open its doors on 45 Beak Street in the bustling London neighbourhood.
The store will give shoppers the opportunity to try on a curated selection of Alohas’ signature styles and best-sellers, which are then made to order and delivered directly—part of the brand’s mission to reduce overproduction and promote sustainability in fashion.
Founded by Alejandro Porras, Alohas has expanded significantly since its launch, with standalone stores now in cities including Paris, Milan, New York, Amsterdam, Madrid and its hometown of Barcelona.
The London flagship marks a key step in the brand’s international expansion and its growing appeal among a global customer base.
“London has always been a global reference point for style and creativity, and opening here feels like a natural step in Alohas’ journey.
“We can’t wait to connect with our London community in a more personal way,” Porras said .
The Soho space will also carry samples from both the brand’s core collection and new season designs.
A limited number of popular items will be available for immediate purchase, while the broader range will be available to order in-store for direct delivery.
Alohas’ products are already stocked in the UK through premium retailers such as Selfridges, Harrods and Net-a-Porter.
Fashion savvy shoppers have already been purchasing their own pairs of Alohas through Next, with the shoes retailing at around £150.
This comes as Kim Kardashian’s Skims opened its first UK flagship store on Regent Street, the former site of Ted Baker.
The £3billion shapewear brand was founded by the reality star and was welcomed to London by British entrepreneurs Emma and Jens Grede.
Elsewhere, luxury beauty and wellness brand Rituals revealed plans to open 15 new stores before the end of 2025.
Luxury brand celebrates 100th store
The iconic chain, best known for its pampering bath, body and home products, marked the milestone after opening its 100th shop in St Albans on August 27.
But bosses want that number to rise to 131 over the next year and a half.
The sites of these locations have not been confirmed as yet.
That will mean 13 additional sites in the UK and two more in Ireland, taking its Irish store count from 16 to 18.
The St Albans branch is being billed as a new kind of Rituals store, offering wellbeing advice from trained staff, interactive in-store experiences and integration with its “My Rituals” loyalty scheme.
