A TIPPER truck has been overturned off a major motorway junction which has caused massive traffic delays.
The vehicle ended up on its side following the collision, causing queues to build up nearby.
The tipper truck overturned close to an M60 junction in Salford, Manchester, with traffic tailing back.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) said: “At shortly after 1.20pm on Thursday (September 4) one fire engine from Eccles was called to a road traffic accident on Walkden Road, Worsley, where a HGV overturned.
“Crews checked the area and vehicle were safe and were in attendance for around 20 minutes.”
Details into the nature of the incident are yet to be confirmed.
