CELINE DION is making a triumphant return after being away from the showbiz spotlight for months.
I can reveal the Canadian singer has recorded a top-secret Christmas advert for make-up brand Charlotte Tilbury.
Celine is good pals with founder Charlotte and wore her make-up at her last public appearance — at the Olympic Opening Ceremony in Paris last year.
The singer, who suffers from stiff person syndrome, has been forced to dramatically scale back her career as her voice and performances are affected by spasms and cramps.
An insider said: “Celine’s comeback is a huge coup for the brand and will have everyone talking about their uber- luxe campaign.
Celine was delighted to be asked by Charlotte, who she’s been close with for years, and was so pleased she was able to do it.
“She loved getting glammed up on the day and no expense was spared in creating a magical, festive scene. Fans are going to love it.”
It comes after the brand featured Sir Elton John singing Step Into Christmas alongside models Kate Moss and Jourdan Dunn in 2023.
Celine was forced to cancel her appearance during the final of this year’s Eurovision Song Contest in Switzerland in May after struggling with her health.
She had been due to perform Ne Partez Pas Sans Moi, the song she won the competition with for Switzerland in 1988.
According to one French newspaper, she was in Basel for the event but suffered a medical episode.
In her Prime Video documentary last year, Celine talked about living with stiff person syndrome, which is an extremely rare disorder that causes muscle stiffness and cramps.
Mum-of-three Celine, whose husband Rene died in 2016, said: “I barely could walk at one point. My kids started to notice. I was like, ‘OK, they already lost a parent. I don’t want them to be scared’.
“I let them know, ‘You lost your dad, but Mum has a condition and it’s different. I’m not going to die. It’s something that I’m going to learn to live with’.”

Jess’ emotional homecoming
JESSIE J made an emotional return to Essex at Radio 2 In The Park in Chelmsford yesterday.
She had postponed her upcoming UK tour until April after needing a second operation for breast cancer.
Looking like an angel in white, the singer told the crowd: “I had breast cancer surgery 11 weeks ago today.
“And the last show I did, I had no idea what was gonna happen, and I’m still very much in the recovery process. But I’m definitely not ready for back bends. I mean, I am, but my doctors said, ‘Calm down’.”
Jessie, who was joined on stage by her son Sky, added: “My son is seeing me sing on stage for the first time.” Cute.
