MYLEENE Klass once had a row with a co-worker backstage that was so severe they had to be pulled apart.
The 47-year-old star shot to fame in the early 2000s as part of Hear’Say, and since then has become an acclaimed musician, TV presenter and radio host.

But during the early days of her career, when she was finding her feet with Hear’Say bandmates Kym Marsh, Suzanne Shaw, Noel Sullivan and Danny Foster, her happy-go-lucky demeanour sometimes broke.
In fact, at one point Kym and Myleene were locked in a bitter feud as tensions rose and the band began to splinter.
Kym, who went on to star in Coronation Street, later wrote about the difficult years in her book, From The Heart.
In one section, she detailed how an appearance on Jerry Springer’s chat show got particularly nasty.
“Me and Myleene had a slanging match, but someone split us up as we were due to go on air,” she wrote.
“Going on to perform our single was horrible. At one point, me and Myleene had to put our arms around one another. It was so fake and I hated every minute of it.”
“We had been overheard arguing by staff at the studios and the following day our row was all over the newspapers,” she added.
“We managed to put it behind us but the niggles remained.”
“I wish we’d been able to explain honestly how we were feeling, but the problems festered,” added Kym.
Eventually it got so bad it led to Kym quitting the band in 2001 – foregoing telling the band with the news coming out via newspaper.
Kym and Myleene didn’t talk after that for eight years, but a tragedy eventually brought them back together.
In 2009, Kym gave birth to baby Archie 21 weeks prematurely, and he sadly died shortly after.
Myleene, who by that time was a mum herself, held out an olive branch to support her former friend.
“We were both in tears on the phone and, in the days after Archie’s death, we talked more and more,” Kym explained.
“Myleene really was there for me. She helped me choose the music for Archie’s funeral and sent the most beautiful bouquet of flowers to the crematorium.”
Adding they had “grown up” since their years in the band, Kym noted: “Life is too short to hold grudges and what happened back then isn’t anyone’s fault. I am determined not to let anything, or anyone come between us again.”
