The news was made public on Tuesday afternoon after months of speculation over the two highly sought-after seats.
Both Bottas and Perez have been out of F1 for the 2025 season.
Flying Finn Bottas, 35, lost his seat at Alfa Romeo in 2024.
Meanwhile, Mexican ace Perez, also 35, was axed by Red Bull following a horror season partnering four-time world champion Max Verstappen.
