Fabrizio Romano claims wantaway Bees star Wissa has finally secured his dream Toon move after weeks of negotiations.

Newcastle had seen several bids rejected for the versatile attacker.

But the Magpies have now agreed to meet Brentford’s asking price of £55m.

Wissa is believed to have already struck personal terms with Newcastle.

And he is now on his way to the north east for a medical.

It means Howe is set to secure his second striker of the window, having already splashed £69m on German giant Nick Woltemade.
