POP singer turned Broadway star Nicole Scherzinger hints a Pussycat Dolls reunion could still happen — with her latest bling.
The 47-year-old US star wore a gold chain with the girl group’s name around her neck for a new photoshoot.
It complimented her racy outfit, which harked back her raunchy days with the girl group, who revelled in their “neo-burlesque” style.
Talks of a reunion with the hitmaking group had seemed unlikely, with former X Factor judge Nicole confirming they no longer speak.
But talking about the possibility of reuniting, she also previously hinted: “Never say never.”
The group broke into the charts back in 2005 with their debut single Don’t Cha, featuring Busta Rhymes.
The same year they released their multi-platinum debut album PCD, which peaked at No7 in the UK Album Charts and gave them five British Top Ten singles.
A second album, Doll Domination, followed in 2008.
But the group was hit by rumoured infighting between its members, which included Ashley Roberts, Kimberly Wyatt, Jessica Sutta, Melody Thornton and Carmit Bachar, who left before its release.
The supporting tour was their last, with most of the members quitting.
They announced a reunion tour in 2019, which was delayed due to the Covid pandemic and finally scrapped in 2022, with some members saying they only heard the news via a social media post from Nicole.
She won a Tony Award earlier this year for her Broadway portrayal of Norma Desmond in Sunset Boulevard, and is now focused on her solo career.
Nicole will perform a one off sold out show at London’s Royal Albert Hall in October.
