The gown featured a black feather collar and pulled her blonde tresses into an up-do, to let her outfit do the talking.
She joined an A-list crowd at the premiere, including supermodel Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Frankenstein star Mia Goth.
Rosie dazzled in a silver and white satin number with a bejewelled one-shoulder bodice and a show-stopping cut-out detail at the midriff, while Mia channelled vintage glamour in a black ruched gown with a backless silhouette and oversized bow.
The red carpet shimmered with stars ahead of the global unveiling of Guillermo del Toro’s remake of Frankenstein, set to premiere on Netflix this November.
The gothic horror epic sees Euphoria and Saltburn star Jacob Elordi take on the role of the iconic Monster, brought to life in a bold reimagining of Mary Shelley’s classic tale.
In the trailer released earlier this summer, Elordi — towering at 6ft 5in — appears as the terrifying creature during a chilling scene of Dr. Victor Frankenstein’s (played by Oscar Isaac) electrifying resurrection experiment.
In voiceover, Frankenstein declares: “In seeking life… I created death.”
The creature growls his creator’s name in anguish — “Victor!” — in what promises to be a tragic and chilling retelling.
Make-up maestro Mike Hill, known for his work on Cabinet of Curiosities, handled the film’s prosthetics, creating the Monster’s unforgettable look.
Joining the glittering red carpet were Game of Thrones alum Nathalie Emmanuel, looking statuesque in strapless satin and velvet, and The White Lotus actress Leslie Bibb, who sparkled in a sheer sequin gown with a cinched waist and flowing skirt.
Also making an impression was 28 Days Later and Kick-Ass actor Aaron Taylor-Johnson, almost unrecognisable with a thick auburn beard and tousled curls.
CODA star Emilia Jones, also turned heads in a sheer lace and sequin dress layered over black satin hotpants and bandeau.
Del Toro’s Frankenstein — years in the making — has generated massive buzz not just for its star-studded cast but for its dark, emotional depth and modern visual spectacle.
Earlier this year Paris opened up about her struggle with her secret heroin addiction on social media.
She posted on Instagram to reveal she was five years sober.
She shared a clip of some highs and lows from her sober journey, writing alongside: “Hi, I’m pk and I’m an alcoholic and a heroin addict.”
Paris continued: “Today marks five years clean and sober from all drugs and alcohol.
“To say that I’m thankful would be a poor euphemism. Gratitude hardly scratches the surface.
“It’s because I’m sober that I get to smile today. I get to make music.
“I get to experience the joy of loving my dogs and cat. I get to feel heartbreak in all its glory.
“I get to grieve. I get to laugh. I get to dance. I get to trust. I feel the sun on my skin and it’s warm.
“I’ve found that life keeps happening regardless of whether I’m sober or not, but today I get to show up for it.”
She finished by writing: “Here’s a little snapshot of what has been possible because of my sobriety, and my god I can’t believe I almost missed it all. Thanks.”
