A TRANS model says she is constantly mistaken for Blake Lively after splurging £112,000 on cosmetic procedures to achieve her dream look.
Lana Madison says strangers stop her in the street, restaurants and even on planes to tell her she is the spitting image of the Gossip Girl star.

The 29-year-old claims her show-stopping figure is the result of years of investment – having undergone hairline lowering, liposculpting in her midsection and hips and Adam’s apple reduction.
She has also had a brow lift, rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, forehead and lip contouring, as well as a full dairy-based face-fat graft.
“I get told I look like Blake Lively so much,” said Lana, who has 76,000 followers across Instagram (@onlylanamadison).
“On a flight to New York, a woman tapped me on the shoulder and said, ‘Are you Blake Lively?’, and I just played along with it.
“Another time in Miami, Someone screamed at me, “Oh my God Blake!” and I had to tell them it wasn’t her.
“I was a quiet, awkward girl that no one noticed before I had my surgeries.
“Now people do double takes everywhere I go.
“They think I’m Blake Lively, and honestly, I’ll take that.
“One woman even told me, ‘If my boyfriend cheats on me with you, I can’t even be mad’.
“That cracked me up. It was while I was out shopping in Miami – she literally stopped me in the street to say it.
“And of course it’s flattering – Blake is stunning – but I didn’t just wake up like this.
“I’ve spent serious money on my body and face, and I see it as an investment.
“I didn’t pour six figures into myself for no reason.”
Content creator Lana, who splits her time between Miami and New York, says her looks are her livelihood – and being compared to a Hollywood star has only boosted her profile.
She said: “Some people buy houses or cars – I put it into myself.
“When I walk into a room, everyone stares.
“Men throw money at me just to get my attention. On OnlyFans, people tip me hundreds just to hear me say hello.
“One guy once messaged me: ‘I don’t care if you’re not Blake Lively, you’re better’.”

Lana says it’s a huge compliment to be compared to the US star[/caption]
“Honestly, it blows my mind. I watched everything Blake does. If people think I look like her for even a second, I take it as one of the biggest compliments.
Having grown up in a Catholic household in Texas, Lana says her life today is unrecognisable, having made $1.6M (£1.18m) a year flogging racy pictures on OnlyFans.
“I started my first procedures at 21, I knew from early on that I wanted to transition fully and sculpt the body I dreamed of.”
Despite her confidence, the influencer still has her critics – and says trolls often accuse her of being “fake” or “obsessed” with her appearance.
But Lana insists she is simply being honest about what others try to hide.
She added: “If people want to call me vain, go ahead – but I’m also successful.
“Looks open doors, and I’ve learnt how to cash every cheque that comes my way.”
“Before surgery, I hated what I saw in the mirror. I felt trapped in a body that didn’t match who I was, it was like living someone else’s life.”
“I had zero confidence, and I honestly thought no one would ever see me as attractive.”
“Now, it’s the complete opposite. When I walk into a room, all eyes are on me.
“Surgery didn’t just change my looks, it gave me the confidence I always dreamed of.”
