Trolls were quick to say it looked like the Love Island villa[/caption]
The 28-year-old’s garden was cruelly trolled by some who claimed it was ‘chavvy’ and belonged on a ‘council estate.’
Emma, from the UK, shared a short clip of her garden at night, lit up with Amazon fence lights and LED strips.
The modern space had been fitted with artificial grass along with artificial potted plants to give it a clean and well-kept aesthetic.
She even had a marble-tiled water feature running through the garden, which she said would be complete with a few fish.
It also had a stunning seating area tucked away under a pergola, where she planned to add a TV, barbecue, and a fridge.
The savvy woman revealed that most of the work had been done by herself and her partner over the past year, with an extra helping hand from family saving her thousands in building costs.
“It wasn’t one person that completed this for us a lot was done ourselves and by friends and family,” she wrote.
We think Emma’s newly renovated garden is the perfect escape from everyday life, but not everyone was convinced.
Emma posted the video in response to a comment that read: “That’s not a garden.
“That’s a chavvy, Love Island garden in a council estate.”
She replied: “Looks perfect to me.”
The clip was shared on her TikTok account @_emma.lysett which went viral with over 540k views.
Many took to the comments to share their thoughts and while some loved it, others weren’t as kind.
One person wrote: “Pure chavvy. Tasteless plastic horribleness for people who hate nature and worship c**p.”
Another commented: “It is a chavvy love island garden though.”
“It’s the “Klarna” look,” penned a third.
