STRICTLY fans have “worked out” the 2025 pairings after The Sun revealed that two pro dancers have been sidelined without a celebrity partner.
The new batch of stars have already started training for the BBC show, which starts on-screen later this month – and viewers can’t wait.
Fans think they have worked out which pro dancer will be paired with which star on this year’s Strictly[/caption]
It comes after The Sun revealed how Strictly pro Luba Mushtuk won’t have a celeb partner this year[/caption]
Nancy Xu also doesn’t feature in the latest line-up of pro dancers with a partner[/caption]
The fan theory came about after The Sun revealed how Luba Mushtuck, 35, and Nancy Xu, 34, won’t be getting a celebrity partner this year.
With this in mind, viewers have now taken to Reddit to discuss which celebrity is likely to be paired with which pro dancer.
Starting off the discussion, one Strictly Come Dancing fan suggested that Dani Dyer could be matched with Carlos Gu, Ellie Goldstein with Nikita Kuzmin, Jimmy Floyd Hasslebaink with Katya Jones, and Alex Kingston with Neil Jones.
The fan also suggested Ross King with Amy Dowden, La Voix with Johannes Radebe, Vicky Pattison with Kai Widdrington, Chris Robshaw with Nadiya Bychkova, Thomas Skinner with Karen Hauer and Balvinder Sopal with Aljaz Skorjanec.
They added that they thought Harry Aikines-Aryeetey will be paired with Jowita Przystal, Karen Carney with Vito Coppola, George Clarke with Alexis Warr, Lewis Cope with Lauren Oakley and Stefan Dennis with Dianne Buswell.
Discussing this, one fan said: “Why would you do that to Karen. I am hoping for her with Harry!!”
Another added: “Lewis and Lauren would be dangerous. Need this for Lauren.”
This fan said:: “I wanna see: Harry and Luba, Lewis and Katya, Jimmy and Karen, La Voix and Kai, Vicky and Julian, Chris and Michelle, and Thomas and Lauren.”
Another commented: “Katya with Jimmy or Ross is too boring because it looks like most of her previous partnerships.”
A fifth wrote: “I think Harry will get Nadiya, would be an awesome pairing,” a fourth commented.
‘GUTTED’ DANCERS
This latest Strictly fan theory comes after The Sun revealed how Luba, and Nancy were told in advance by bosses that they would be without a celeb partner this year.
However, they will still be part of the group numbers.
A TV source told us: “Luba and Nancy were gutted not to be in a celebrity pairing and competing on the show this year.
“They are, understandably, disappointed, but realise that not everyone is able to get a celebrity partner every year.
“They will still be a big part of the series and in all the group numbers, as well as getting some extra dances in the main show.

“They’ll also be able to help in training and with choreography.
“Of course, the professional dancers are all expert athletes and want the best chance possible to win, it’s in their nature, but they’re grateful for the gig.”
Nancy joined the show in 2019, after relocating from China.
She has had a partner for the last four years dancing with Shayne Ward, Les Dennis, Will Mellor and Rhys Stephenson.
Luba, who joined the show in 2018, partnered Nick Knowles in last year’s series and has previously teamed up with James Cracknell, Adam Thomas and Jason Bell.
A BBC spokesman declined to comment when The Sun appraoched them.
