THE Inheritance’s Emma broke down in tears tonight after missing out on a £6,000 prize pot.
After rolling her sleeves up and getting stuck into a challenge that saw the contestants pitch up tents for deceased Liz Hurley’s famous festival, the paramedic, 26, believed she’d done enough to be rewarded.

But her co-stars thought otherwise and she missed out once again on a chance to build a prize pot, with Catherine receiving the most votes to be the prime beneficiary.
Devastated Emma left the room and fumed: “I’m sick of it… This is exactly what it’s like in life, you work so hard…
“All I’ve done is work so hard and brought everyone money and I’m still at the bottom. Why the hell have I lost to someone who hasn’t done half as much work as I have?”
Meanwhile, former police sergeant Catherine, 50, decided to keep the £6,000 winnings for herself, rather than gifting any to her fellow players.
She said: “I’ve kept the money and I am keeping this a firm secret. Pulling from my policing career, you’re dealing with liars all the time, so I definitely think I’ve got the upper hand.”
It was a blow for Jury member Matt, 51, who based his decision on who he thought was going to give him cash.
He said: “I just need to make sure Catherine’s name is on their lips, so I’m doing my utmost because if she gets down there I get some money.”
Wedding planner Hannah, 27, decided against voting in a bid to remain impartial, telling her co-stars, “It’s getting harder”.
It came as a shock to Emma, who thought she was someone she could “rely on for a vote”, instead her prize pot remains at £600.
The Inheritance continues tomorrow at 9.30pm on Channel 4.
