Discovery+ is one of the first freebies you should claim on Sky[/caption]
SKY TV SUBSCRIPTION #1 – DISCOVERY+
The first saving you can make is with Discovery+.
It’s a total freebie for anyone with Sky Q, Sky Glass, or Sky Stream.
You get the Discovery+ Entertainment plan, which is the basic tier without TNT Sports.
This gets you access to an on-demand catalogue of content.
But it also unlocks a list of live channels that includes:
- Animal Planet
- Discovery
- Discovery History
- Discovery Science
- DMAX
- Food Network
- HGTV
- ID
- Quest
- Quest Red
- TLC
- Turbo
You’ll have to put up with ads for both the on-demand content and live channels, however.
Some shows and movies will be available in 4K UHD too, if you’ve got an Ultra HD TV.
Normally the Discovery+ Entertainment subscription would cost you £3.99 a month.
So you’re saving £47.88 over the course of a year with this offer.
Yearly Saving: £47.88
SKY SUBSCRIPTION #2 – NETFLIX
If you have a Sky Essential TV or Ultimate TV subscription then you’re also able to claim free Netflix.
This is easily one of the best perks of being a Sky TV customer.
You get the Netflix Standard with Ads subscription, which usually costs £5.99 a month.
Make sure you’re not missing out on a big Netflix discount – it works even if you’re already paying for the service[/caption]
So you’ll save a whopping £71.88 annually with this cracking offer.
This gets you almost all of Netflix’s movies and TV shows, plus unlimited access to the service’s mobile games.
You will have to sit through ads on this plan.
But you can upgrade your plan to a higher Netflix tier and you’ll only pay the difference.

You”re eligible to claim the Paramount+ Basic (with ads) package with Sky Cinema.
BONUS SKY CINEMA PERK
Here’s another tempting freebie…
If you’re a Sky Cinema subscriber then Paramount+ isn’t your only freebie.
You’re also eligible to claim free Vue cinema tickets every single month.
You’ll get a pair of tickets that can be used at any Vue cinema in the UK or Ireland from Sunday through to Thursday.
Just go into the MySky app on your phone, choose Sky VIP, then tap on the Your Vue Tickets tile.
Claim the codes, and then you can use each of them to book a single standard seat online through Vue’s website.
You can also get a QR code that you can physically show at a Vue cinema if you’d rather do it in person.
