Vandals destroy mural of Eberechi Eze in Arsenal kit after controversial transfer U-turn one day after it was painted

A mural of Eberechi Eze outside of the Emirates has been defaced by vandals ahead of his move to Arsenal.

A notorious street artist knocked up a painting of the Crystal Palace and England star nears the Emirates after the Gunners snatched him from under the noses of bitter rivals Tottenham.

But a passerby defaced the artwork in the early hours of the morning by pouring white paint all over it.

SunSport obtained exclusive footage of the aftermath of the vandalism.

Eze, 29, is set to become Arsenal’s SEVENTH signing of the summer.

The Gunners are set to pay £67million for their former academy star’s services.

The deal will take the north Londoners’ summer spending to a whopping £250million.
