VIKTOR GYOKERES could miss key Arsenal matches next year with the striker set to appear in court.
The summer signing has been called as a witness in a case that is set to take place in Sweden in 2026.

Gyokeres’ agent, Hasan Cetinkaya, is taking two Swedish publications to court for defamation.
Fotboll Sthlm and Expressen published claims Cetinkaya and his agency, HCM Sports Management, had links to criminal gangs.
Cetinkaya denies the allegations and has taken the case to Stockholm District Court, where Gyokeres will provide evidence.
The striker has agreed to testify if called upon, as confirmed by Cetinkaya’s lawyer Joakim Lundqvist.
He told SVT Sport: “He has been called as a witness to be heard in the case regarding the circumstances described in the evidence.”
Police in Sweden launched an investigation last month into a shooting involving a relative of one of Gyokeres’ representatives.
A court date has not yet been set so it is unclear when Gyokeres will be called upon or what games he could miss.
But with the Champions League knock-out phase set to begin in 2026, as well as the FA Cup, the 27-year-old risks missing crucial matches.

Gyokeres arrived at the Emirates for £63.5million from Sporting and has scored two goals in three games.
He also featured in Sweden’s World Cup qualifier against Slovenia this week, picking up an assist in a 2-2 draw.
