In the final round, Sunetra faced clues on the pyramid – with the possibility of bagging £50,000 for her charity.

The actress, 52, got through several riddles and had 12 seconds for the £50,000 jackpot Ccatchphrase.

This animation depicted a librarian sat a desk, as dancing took place behind him.

Fortunately, Sunetra worked out it was “Silent Disco”, therefore securing the show’s top prize.

When combined with earlier winnings, Sunetra took away an incredible £55,700.

Host Stephen Mulhern said afterwards: “She’s won the jackpot!

“She’s beaten the Super Catchphrase. Mr Chips is over the moon as well.

“I am over the moon, absolutely incredible.”

As Sunetra successfully answered square number 11, she also doubled Roisin and Rickie’s winnings.

Meanwhile, the actress did “pass” on one riddle in her journey up the pyramid.

It depicted two boxers in a ring, except one boxer’s face was replaced with the word FIT, in bold red text.

Stephen ultimately revealed the answer was actually “Fighting Fit”.

It comes as a much-loved Call The Midwife star struggled on the Super Catchphrase.

Cliff Parisi – who plays Fred Buckle – found himself stumped and answered his third puzzle correctly.

But time was running low and Cliff was still on the bottom row of the pyramid.

As Cliff tried to guess, the clock ran out but Stephen congratulated him on winning £2,500 in the final round.

It brought his total winnings on the day to £6,900 for charity.

Celebrity Catchphrase airs on ITV1 and ITVX.
